TERMS OF THE COMPETITION- SEASON APERTURA 2022
Plays every Sunday at Flamingo Stadium, Miami Beach and Hadley Park, Miami.
1.- The registration period to participate and the start date of the competition will be set by the organization and published on the official website.
2- The competition is set up for a maximum of 16 teams of MALE players in the ADULT or OPEN category and has established a registration priority for those teams that have participated in the past season. In the event that more teams would like to register than the number established by the organization, those teams that have participated in the past in our competitions will have priority.
3.- The organization uses the competition management platform Dribbli to automate the competition management and teams must do their best to collaborate with the organization in the management tasks.
4.- The teams that aspire to participate in the competition must pay the registration fee and complete the registration of its official roster of their squad with the organization at least 48 hours before the start of the competition.
5.- The minimum age for participation will be 16 years old and the maximum number of players per team will be twenty-three (23.)
6- It is mandatory that each player in each team is dressed in a uniform perfectly numbered from 1 to 22 on the back and that they play each match of the competition with the respective number of their uniform with which they were registered. Likewise, all teams must fill in the form of a delegate or coach.
7.- Each player on each team must be covered for any sports injury through an insurance policy.
About the Covid-19 health protocol
8.- At the time of registration, each team must present the Covid-19 Health Protocol document signed by each of its players and officials as acceptance of their responsibility to comply with the health requirements demanded by the authorities in order to participate in our sport activities.
About participation costs per team
9.- The registration fee per team is set at the amount of US $ 650.00 (Six hundred and fifty dollars) that must be paid directly to the organizer at the time of officially registering the team and before the starting of the competition. The teams that want to register for the first time in a new season will only be able to cover the withdrawals of the teams that, having participated in the last season, do not do so in the present season, and they must confirm the registration before the celebration of the delegates meeting reflected in the last point.
10.- Each game has an operating cost of $ 160 dollars per team that must be paid to the administration of the league before or at the end of each game. The amount must be paid after each game to the MBSL league manager on duty.

About the competition format

24.- The matches may not be postponed, except for a very justified reason and prior authorization from the Organization, for which the teams must submit a request for postponement no later than 48 hours before the match is held.
25.- The teams must report to the administration of the MBSL league in turn the color of their uniform 2 hours before the time of their assigned game.
26.- Registered players who play for one team during the regular phase of the competition (regardless of the amount of time played) cannot play for another team in the same competition.
27.- All teams must comply to the transfer policy of the league before admitting the services of a player to its team roster
28.- Player transfers are allowed on matchday 7-8.
About infractions during the game:
29.- Red card for double yellow: penalty of 1 game or financial penalty of $ 50 dollars (must be paid to the administration of the MBSL league around it before making the player play).

About the Rules during the Playoff:

Phase 1. "General Round"
All teams will participate in a single general group that will be called "General Round".
In the “General Round” phase, each team will play once against all other teams.

Phase 2. Playoffs or quarterfinals.
The 8 teams that achieve the first 8 positions in the first phase or General Round will qualify for phase 2.
